Proof there's more to Providence than Johnson & Wales and gay bathhouses. "Knockout" is a peppy little boogie sounding like a Raw Power outtake needing an Iggy mix. "Glass Houses" is a drunk VU campfire jam with obligatory heroin reference. When I first heard Matt Demello, I assumed he was native NYC. Clearly, he had the ambition and sound down early on. But once again: lyrics? And I give permission as a gay man to remove the asterisks from "faggot". This is Bandcamp, not Assle Music.
